Refund and Cancellation Policy

Find My Barber’s current beta directory, quiz, and barber profiles are free. This version does not offer paid subscriptions or collect appointment deposits. There is no Find My Barber purchase to cancel or refund for these free features.

Booking links take you to the barber’s separate booking service. Before paying, review that provider’s total price, cancellation deadline, deposit terms, no-show fees, and refund policy. Contact the barber or the provider that collected the payment to request cancellation or a refund. Find My Barber cannot cancel or refund a transaction processed by a separate provider.

If you believe Find My Barber charged you, email support@findmybarber.app with the date, amount, and merchant description. Do not send a full card number, bank credentials, or other payment secrets. We will help identify the charge and review any charge attributable to us.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or rights available through your payment provider. Any future paid service requires clearly disclosed prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, and a refund policy before purchase.
